Our working environment

At O2 we recognise the importance of feeling connected. We work hard on developing the relationship between O2 and its people to help create an environment where every employee feels they belong.

We carry out regular people surveys (called 'Reflect' or 'Reflect Snapshot') to find out how they feel about working for O2. Actions are then taken at team level and at various management levels, based on employee input, in order to make O2 an even better place to work. We value our people's feedback, and most people in O2 will be involved at their team action planning sessions. There will be many chances for you to share further ideas and feedback.

Also coming soon, is an online discussion board that will allow everyone in the UK to have open chats and debates about their experiences in O2 and with customers, to share ideas and suggestions on topics that touch you in your life at O2.

Our internal communications strategy aims to:

  • Ensure employees understand the business and what is happening
  • Connect employees with other O2 people to help us become one community of O2 people
  • Communicate achievement, celebrate successes and share learning
  • Increase visibility and access to our leaders
  • Listen to employee feedback.
