Today we all recognise that mobile is a global phenomena which is having a positive impact on economies and peoples' everyday lives.

Mobile is inclusive and available to everyone. In addition to voice and text, mobiles are now being used in many new and exciting ways. 

We have more than 37 million customers from all walks of life and we know that they all have different attitudes to their mobile phone. For many it is vital to their work and social lives. But they may also have concerns about communications masts and mobile handsets, our effect on the environment and the way we behave as a company.

Our customers are at the heart of our business and we listen and respond to their concerns.
