O2 UK today finalised its board structure with the appointment of Ramon Ros as O2 UK’s Chief Finance Officer effective from 1st May 2008.
Ramon joins O2 UK from his current role as CFO Telefónica O2 Czech Republic replacing Ronan Dunne who became CEO O2 UK in February 2008.
Ramon has been with Telefónica group since 1997, working in Telefónica International and Terra, the group’s internet business, before moving to the Czech Republic in 2005. Prior to Telefónica, Ramon worked in Banesto, one of the largest financial institutions in Spain.
