The Spanish telecommunications group Telefónica, S.A. acquired O2 plc in January 2006. The O2 businesses in Europe now form a regional division, Telefónica Europe plc.
We provide mobile, fixed and broadband services in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Together, we're Telefónica in Europe, but our customers know us as O2.
