At O2, we regularly report on our relationship and impact on society and the physical environment. We make sure that we are open and clear about these so called corporate responsibility issues and that we report on matters that are important to people. To improve our reporting even further, your feedback is really important to us. Please note that you do not have to read the whole report to complete this survey.

Last year's survey results

• Three in four people polled felt that O2's report compared favourably with other Corporate Responsibility reports, saying it met their needs and was easy to read.
• Most respondents thought the report dealt well with positive news; however, many also indicated they would like to understand more about the challenges which O2 faces.
• It was felt that issues were generally treated in an open and transparent way, but greater clarity was requested on specific issues such as child protection, the environment and the siting of masts and antennas. Caring for the environment came out top as the single most important issue for O2 to tackle.
• Eight out of ten people (84 per cent) read the report online, and were impressed by the language and the content, although they suggested the ease of navigation could be improved on. Only 8 per cent of people read the report solely as a hard copy.
• Overall, three quarters of those polled (74 per cent) rated O2's performance on Corporate Responsibility issues very favourably, and the opportunity to communicate with O2 through the online survey was welcomed.
