Pre-Pay and roaming

We offer pre-pay packages for those who prefer to ‘Pay & Go’.

We believe the pre-pay option provides much wider and more inclusive access to the benefits of mobile phones, allowing people to tightly control what they spend.

Our commercial partnership with Tesco allows pre-pay customers to call landlines and all mobile networks.

Roaming

We aim to offer attractively-priced and competitive packages to our customers, whether they are high roamers, occasional roamers or use their mobile phones purely for domestic use.

Our ‘My Europe’ scheme is among the best value roaming tariffs around. When we became part of Telefónica in 2006, one of the first tangible benefits for our customers were improvements in roaming services, due to being part of a wider, global company.

Some of the ‘My Europe’ prices were lower than the European Union roaming caps introduced in July 2007.

We comply with EU roaming regulations, but still maintain that competition rather than regulation is the way forward.
