Communication

Communication is at the heart of our employment strategy. We believe that to achieve business success we need engaged employees; people who understand, contribute to and value our culture.

We encourage meaningful two-way dialogue through team briefings, works councils, employee forums and good relations with recognised trade unions.

Our annual Reflect O2 employee engagement surveys are our main channel for getting feedback on how employees view the company and its strategy. The survey lets us know what we are doing well and how we could do better.

Training and development

We believe that a continuous process of learning and development is key to high performing, motivated employees.

Across the business, we have a comprehensive range of different tools and packages for our people’s development needs. We also encourage and support people to develop their skills, academic and theoretical knowledge through externally recognised qualifications.
