¹ Gas consumption is reported for all premises and operations where O2 is the direct customer. Rented premises are included
where possible, but some may be excluded. Numbers for 2006 cover all businesses and include Telefónica O2 Czech Republic
for the first time (including fixed-line telephone network).

² There were 14,914 full-time equivalent employees at the end of FY 2004/05; 16,673 at the end of FY 2005/06; and 27,464
at the end of December 2006.
