HR1 Percentage and total number of significant investment agreements that include human rights clauses or that have undergone human rights screening. 2 Ethical supply chain
O2 Human Rights policy
O2 Ethical Procurement policy
In our day-to-day operations our agreements do not include specific human rights clauses as Telefónica O2 Europe only operates in the EU and the Isle of Man. However, our group procurement policy covers labour and health and safety standards and are referred to in most of our contracts in our legal terms and conditions. In addition, we carry out risk assessments of those suppliers who may present a risk to O2 reputation.

HR2 Percentage of significant suppliers and contractors that have undergone screening on human rights and actions taken. 2 Ethical supply chain
We have put in place a number of codes of conduct, policies and principles to achieve our commitment to embed human rights into our supply chain: our Business principles, ethical procurement policy, Human Resources policies and health, safety and environment policies. Our approach is to assess suppliers based on corporate responsibility risk propensity rather than in percentage terms.

We do not collect training data information. However, our Business principles' training programme that is compulsory for all (where the training facility is available), and 'investigation' training for our security personnel cover key aspects of Human Rights issues.
