Offices

In the UK we have established procedures to separate, collect and recycle paper, plastic bottles and plastic cups in our larger offices.

We have now begun to look closely at how some of our contractors handle waste.

In Ireland, we have an integrated waste management and recycling process with segregation at source of all recyclable materials at all sites.

We have also implemented a new biodegradable waste-food processing system into the employee restaurants in our main office locations in Ireland.

A collection service now operates in Dublin to collect the organic dry compostable material that remains. This reduces the amount of waste going to landfill and will be extended to Limerick during 2006.
