There is an increasingly strong community spirit in O2, which we believe reinforces our reputation as a responsible and trusted company. It also helps to develop the skills of our employees and enhance our understanding of our customers.

We also try to help those who hold community responsibilities in their own right. Several employees are school governors, work on charity boards or hold local council offices, and we try to offer some paid time off for them to carry out their duties.
