The one minute summary of this report

In a changing world

Our vision - to be the essential wireless brand by enriching people's lives whatever they're doing, wherever they are.

Revolving around you - the mobile user

Nearly 24 million O2 customers, almost 2 billion mobile users world-wide and still growing...

Engaging responsibly - How do I voice my concerns?

Engaging responsibly - Engaging with individuals and interest groups helps us to build a responsible business with appropriate Corporate Governance, Ethical conduct, Compliance, Risk management, Measurement and auditing. Contact O2 at cr@o2.com.

Accessing mobile services - What are the potential dangers to young people of using a mobile phone?

Accessing mobile services - Mobile phones have obvious advantages such as being able to call for help when in trouble. To avoid accessing inappropriate content or contact or for other information on your mobile, read O2's leaflets on camera phones, bullying, nuisance calls, personal safety, crime, chat rooms, health and what mobile can do.

Protecting - health and safety: Are mobile phones, masts and antennas safe?

Protecting - health and safety: We continue to fund research and aim to provide and refer to the best and impartial advice available. Our 'Protecting' section provides some of the latest information. We work with the following organisations: The World Health Organisation, The National Radiological Protection Board, The EU Commission and Informationszentrum Mobilkfunk.

Sustaining the environment: Why should I recycle my old mobile phone?

Sustaining the environment: More than 100 million phones could go to landfill sites unless they are recycled and reused. O2 runs a phone 'take back' scheme that directly benefits registered charities such as Rainforest Concern. We have collected 170,000 phones, but need your help to do more. Send your old phone by post to: 'Freepost O2 Recycling'.

Balancing employee issues: Why is O2 a good company to work for?

Balancing employee issues: In a recent survey, 81% of employees stated they are 'proud' working for O2. We want to improve on that and are committed to sustaining a culture in which our people can thrive and strike the best work/life balance. We offer O2 employees: Stop smoking campaigns, a brand new gym in Germany, Stress workshops, massages at work and dietary advice.

Involving the community: Will O2 support my local community?

Involving the community: Our community programme - called 'Can Do in the Community' - aims to support charities and causes that can put mobile services to good use in society and give people in O2 opportunities to volunteer. We work with: Live8, Children's Hour, O2 Ability Awards, SCHOLA-21, Polly & Fred, Weston Spirit, National Tree Council of Ireland and the Mighty Oak Appeal.

We have made some good progress, but know we still have much further to go. O2 values your feedback. cr@o2.com.
