O2 lives on the ideas of its employees. They provide the energy to help us achieve the Company's vision.
Idea management has therefore become an important part of our culture at O2 Germany. Employees can submit suggestions for the business which are then evaluated or awarded prizes by a committee of experts. In the financial year 2005/06, more than 1,100 ideas were considered and 20 employees donated their prize money, worth €550, to charitable causes.
