We believe this sets us apart in the mobile industry.
We achieved a marked reduction in failures to comply during the year:
- No complaints were upheld by the UK regulation and competition authority, Ofcom, about unfair consumer terms.
- The regulatory body for the UK's premium rate telecommunications industry (ICSTIS) upheld three complaints, the same number as last year.
- The UK Information Commissioner brought four adverse findings with regard to the Data Protection Act. This compares to 11 in the previous year.
