Gambling challenge

The issue of rising consumer debt through internet and mobile phone gambling was raised nationally by the widely publicised activities of some high-profile sports personalities.

We expect more and more customers to use their mobiles to access legal gambling services and respect their right to do so. But we are committed to making sure that children and the vulnerable are protected, in line with our commitment to the UK code of practice on new forms of content.
