Balancing our make-up

Our business is generally well balanced in terms of gender.

Tennis player at net The proportion of women working for O2 is 42 per cent. 23 per cent of senior management roles are held by women.

The proportion remains higher in Ireland, where around half of our workforce is female and women hold 40 per cent of senior-management posts.
O2 offers flexible and home-working arrangements for employees where possible - 17 per cent of our total workforce work part-time.

The majority of our part-time roles are in customer services and retail but we have some examples of senior part-time employees.
