People in O2 like to have their say and we encourage dialogue with our employees through various channels.
The annual Reflect O2 survey is the main way we measure if employees are engaged with our business strategies and working practices. The survey helps us find out what we do well and what we need to do better and we hope to see more people taking part each year.
During the year, we canvassed 14,144 employees through Reflect O2.

Every year, the results of Reflect O2 are analysed and action plans are implemented to improve O2's performance.
In the UK, we also introduced Open Voice - an online discussion forum where employees can freely and publicly share their views and knowledge. So far more than 6,200 employees have registered to use Open Voice.
