Monitoring our performance
O2 established a grant-monitoring process for O2 plc in 2005.
This helps us to track whether donations of £5,000 or more, and other significant projects, are being administered properly and are having a lasting effect.
The process also enables us to see where and how our awards are benefiting others, how our relationships with charities are progressing, or where they need improving. In turn, charities can tell O2 how we could better organise our efforts.
During the year, 16 charities supported by O2 were surveyed.
