Benchmarking our investment
We continue to work with the London Benchmarking Group (LBG) to ensure that our community investment is significant, accurate and thorough.
During the year, we started to use a new data-management tool to track all donations in cash, in kind and employee volunteering across the Group. The figures reported this year are based on LBG standards and verified by The Corporate Citizenship Company.
