What has community got to do with business?

More businesses are putting time and money into supporting community projects.

Many people welcome this. Others question the real motives. Does it really benefit the community? Or is it more about giving company reputations a shine?

We have put a lot of thought into these questions. We are proud of the work we do with local communities in all our markets. We are also trying to make sure the projects we support are really useful - to the communities themselves, and to O2.

O2 aims to support causes that link to the social responsibilities we face as a business, such as child protection, recycling and social inclusion.
