Profile
Sir David Arculus was appointed to the Board in 2003. Prior to Telefónica's acquisition of O2, Sir David was Chairman of the Board. Sir David is Chairman of the Better Regulation Task Force and a Non-Executive Director of Barclays. He has also served as Chairman of Severn Trent. Sir David was previously Chairman of IPC Group Limited and, before that, Group Managing Director of EMAP.
